IEEE SoutheastCon 2007 Technical Program

Technical Conference Description

IEEE SoutheastCon is the annual IEEE Region 3 Technical, Professional, and Student Conference. It brings together electrical, computer and other engineering and science professionals, faculty and students to share the latest information through technical sessions, tutorials, and exhibits. Attendance and technical program participation from areas outside IEEE Region 3 are also cordially encouraged and welcomed.

The Technical Conference of IEEE SoutheastCon 2007 has accepted authors' technical works on all aspects of engineering, science, and technology of current interest.

The Technical Conference will feature the presentations of technical papers as well as tutorial sessions and workshops, for which topics of both theory and applications are included.

Updating or Changing a Registration

If you already registered for the conference and wish to register for one or more tutorials, workshops, or seminars, or if wish to change or update a registration for the conference or for a tutorial or workshop, you may do so visiting the IEEE SoutheastCon 2007 Conference Registration Update Site, and make any changes you desire.

Important Information for Authors/Presenters

Registration Information for Authors/Presenters

  • To be published at least one author of the paper must register by February 28th at the Author rate ($400 Member/$500 Non-Member).
  • There is NO DISCOUNT for Student Authors. Student Authors must also register at the Author rate ($400 Member) to be published.
  • Registrations received after February 28th are not guaranteed to be published.

Conference Information for Authors/Presenters

  • Authors and Presenters are requested to arrive early for their scheduled presentation.
  • Presentation rooms will be supplied with a screen, LCD projector, and a notebook computer with Microsoft® PowerPoint® or the Microsoft® PowerPoint® Viewer.
  • The conference proceedings will be loaded on all computers in the presentation rooms..
  • All authors are invited to breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning.
